AI Form Filler is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to automatically fill web forms based on information you provide. To manage accounts and subscriptions, the Extension communicates with our servers.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

  • Your form-filling data is stored locally on your device using your browser's storage and is not transmitted to our servers unless required for AI processing.
  • Your account data (email, subscription status) is stored on our servers to provide the service.
  • We do not store full payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. AI Service Limitations

  • The AI form filling is provided on a "best effort" basis and may not always be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before submitting any forms
  • We do not guarantee that the Extension will work with all websites or form types
  • AI responses may vary and should always be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the information you store, process, and submit using the Extension. By using the Extension, you agree to the following:

  • You will use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You will not use the Extension to store or transmit illicit, false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information before submitting any web form. We are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate form submissions.

  • Any content or information you store, process, or submit using the Extension.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the form-filling service.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of your information.
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Extension.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Extension's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Extension may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Extension.

9. Chrome Web Store Compliance

This Extension complies with Google Chrome Web Store policies. Any violation of Chrome Web Store policies may result in removal of the Extension from the store.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension or restrict access at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
